Bainbridge Consulting works with the National Resource Conservation Service. The NRCS, formerly known as the Soil Conservation Service, is an agency of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) that provides technical assistance to farmers and other private landowners and managers.

Shawn Bainbridge is a technical service provider with the NRCS. He is certified to serve the state of Indiana. Shawn works with farmers who have reached out to NRCS. Bainbridge Consulting will create a nutrient management plan or a comprehensive nutrient management plan.
